What happens when you reach out.

No pressure and no judgement. Here are the four steps, so nothing comes as a surprise.

Four steps to admission

  1. Call or message us

You will speak with a trained intake counsellor. Ask anything you like. There is no obligation to continue.

  2. Medical and clinical assessment

Our clinical team talks through your health, substance use and mental wellbeing, then plans your care with you.

  3. Costs and arrangements

We explain fees clearly, work with your insurer where possible, and help arrange transport if you are travelling.

  4. Arrival

Our nurses welcome you, do a gentle health check and show you to your room. You can rest before treatment begins.

Costs, explained plainly

We tell you the full cost before you commit. There are no surprise charges.

  • Insurance. We check your cover confidentially and tell you what it pays for.
  • Residential fees cover your room, medical care, therapy and meals.
  • Paying privately? Payment plans are available.

Admissions questions

Can I be admitted the same day?

Often, yes. If a bed is free and you are medically cleared, same-day admission is possible. Call us as early as you can.

What if my loved one refuses help?

This is common. It is usually fear or shame. We can coach you on how to talk with them without blame, and how to hold firm, loving boundaries.

Are rooms private or shared?

Most residents have a private room. A limited number of shared rooms are available for people who prefer company.
